Integeration Facebook and twitter/linkedin likes box

We need few things to be added for our 2 sites. 1) our 1 site is in joomla based and another php based. Need to integerate facebook/twitter and linkedin BOXES in site where on sites showing likes boxes. 2) Anyone click on like box go to respective link. 3) Insall few common plugins for website related restaurent based site. free plugins you can suggest best. I have no problem. 4) update few images and text on pages. which i will provide. Thanks.
