Tasks: - Engage in conversations on Twitter/X (500 - 700 tickets per day). Work Hours: - This is a full-time position requiring 6 - 8 hour days. - Our primary team operates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. - You are free to work from any location at any time. - Mandatory handoff meetings occur throughout the week to address questions and provide updates. Criteria: - Excellent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking. - Strong organizational skills. - Fast internet connection. - Team player with a sense of humor. - Enjoys engaging in conversations.
