Description: We are seeking a proficient individual or team to create a data collection tool to capture crucial information for our programs. The project involves gathering data related to attendance, classroom IDs, session IDs, and artifacts (pictures of classrooms as evidence) from WhatsApp/SMS communication channels. Project Scope: The primary data points to be collected include: Attendance records of students attending weekly sessions. Classroom IDs where sessions take place. Session IDs for each session conducted. Artifacts: Pictures of classrooms as evidence of session conduct. Schools & Instructors: Our program spans across 100 schools with 37 instructors and 13,000+ students Each instructor is responsible for conducting weekly sessions twice a week. Instructors are mapped to 2-3 schools each. Program Structure: Context: Pi Labs is a program where model labs are established in schools. Purpose: Pi Jam instructors conduct weekly sessions to facilitate learning. Supervision: Six instructors are supervised by one Program Manager. Requirements: Experience: Prior experience in data collection projects, especially via WhatsApp/SMS channels, is preferred. Accuracy: Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate data collection. Timeliness: Meeting deadlines and adhering to the project timeline is essential. Deliverables: Structured collection of raw data for the data points mentioned above in a specific format as tables Organized documentation of collected artifacts (pictures of classrooms).
