I'm looking for an adept WordPress plugin developer to craft a unique system that facilitates interaction between lenders and borrowers. This is not just any plugin, it requires specific functional features to run smoothly. Key Features: - User Login and Registration: A simplified user process to allow both lenders and borrowers to create profiles using their name and contact information. - Mortgage Offer Sharing: Lenders should be able to upload detailed mortgage offers specifying the loan amount, interest rate, and loan duration. - Separate Dashboards: Intuitive and distinct interfaces for lenders and borrowers to navigate postings and offers accordingly. This project demands a developer with a strong background in WordPress and plugin development. Ideal candidates should have experience creating plugins with similar functionalities. They must understand the crucial aspects of user engagement and UX design. Knowledge of financial systems would be a distinct advantage. The process goes like this: 1. A jotform is being filled up with the loan request information 2. All loans are added to a searchable data base on the site that allows lenders to login, and choose a loan that they like to send a bid on. When the lender choose a loan, they are going to enter their loan offer Loan to Value, Pre Payment Penalty, Rate, Origination and other loan costs. 3. A borrower will then be able to login and see all of the offers in a sortable table and pick the best 3 options - these options will then be sent to the top banks to complete 4. All offers will be added as well to a Google sheet and sent by email to the client through Hubspot and saved as a note on Hubspot as well You need to know: 1. Wordpress 2. Jotform 3. Google docs 4.
