We have Magento website which need few tasks to do. 2. Site Speed / Database Optimization: Fix site speed when doing site search, using finder plugin and when navigating the subcategories on layered navigation. E.g. click “Shop Parts” [login to view URL] , then click one of the menus on the left categories such as “Braking System”. Paging through category pages also same speed issues. a. I’ve tried enabling Ajax and still same issue with performance. b. Site search is using Elasticsearch but still very slow c. Need to aim for 1-2 seconds load time. 3 . Magento Checkout: a. Fix bug on Checkout page regarding address. “Error occurred” when we add an address in Magento admin, then customer tries to use the account to make a purchase. b. Implement Google address auto-complete. c. Add an “Order Notes/ Purchase Order Number” field in the checkout. This is to come through onto WMS as a “/Comment” line on the invoices. d. Fix bug with PayPal (pay in 4 option not visible) e. We need an option for certain customers that are on a “credit account” to be able to proceed through the checkout process without having to make payment. (They are on a credit account, and we need to enable these customer orders to default to “on account” payment option at the checkout. i. E.g. [login to view URL] f. Install “StarShipIt” free Magento extension. [login to view URL] 4. MailChimp a. Free Plugin Installation and Integration b. Need to Create / synchronize Subscribers Customer segments according to customer groups (trade/wholesale/general) 5. API: Update of existing API connection to datapel WMS a. As part of the last datapel upgrade, the API hostname has been modified.
