Automated Disbursement Management Tool in Excel

I am looking to create an Excel tool that will streamline our disbursement process. The tool needs to handle data entry automation, calculation of disbursement amounts, and generation of disbursement reports. Key Features: - Data Entry Automation: This will help us input information quickly and without errors. The tool should automate data entry to reduce human error and increase efficiency. - Calculation of Disbursement Amounts: Once the data is entered, the tool should automatically calculate the disbursement amounts based on predefined criteria. This will help us ensure that the amounts are accurate and consistent. - Generation of Disbursement Reports: After the calculations are done, the tool should be able to generate reports in a clear and user-friendly format. This will help us keep track of our disbursements and easily share the information with stakeholders. The tool will primarily handle 10-50 disbursement entries. As such, it should be user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for relatively high-volume transactions. Especially the discrimination of "for invoicing", "forecasted" and work done due" is crucial in a ratio as actual budget available is less than the required budget to satisfy above at 100%. Given that no integration with external systems is needed, a strong background in Excel automation and data processing is essential.
