Seeking a skilled freelancer to generate leads for our general contracting business through cold calls. We are looking to target both residential and commercial property owners in the local geographic region. Our goal is to generate 50 to 100 quality leads per month.
Looking for someone that will view our social media and website to get a feel for who we are prior to making these calls. Our clients are our family, we want all leads to feel this.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation through cold calling
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent English communications skills required
- Strong understanding of the general contracting and/or construction industry an asset
- Knowledge of local market and property owners - Vancouver, BC and surrounding area
- Ability to effectively identify potential leads and gather relevant information
- Experience in managing and organizing lead data for follow-up purposes
