General Public Oriented Website Development For My Home Inspector

I need a new Website developed. My current website is [login to view URL] however it will be decommissioned soon. I want to enhance it look, feel and content.
Booking System Enhancement: Currently, our website lacks a true booking feature. I would like to integrate a system where availability can be viewed and selected times are automatically blocked out for the duration of the appointment plus an additional four hours thereafter.
Social Media Integration: Please add direct links to our existing Instagram and Facebook pages. Additionally, I anticipate setting up an account on platform X shortly and would like this integrated as well.
Live Chat Functionality: I want to implement a pop-up chat box that allows for instant messaging, enabling me to respond in real-time to visitors.
Content Navigation Improvements:
Videos: Maintain the tab for video content.
Articles: Enhance the articles tab with a dropdown menu for easier navigation, allowing users to select and directly access articles of interest.
Blog Section: Introduce a new tab for a blog, which will host regular posts and updates. Homepage
Design: The home page should convey a warm, welcoming feeling to visitors.
Privacy Policy: Include a link to our privacy policy at the bottom of each page to ensure transparency and compliance.
Mobile Optimization: It is essential that the website is fully optimized for mobile devices to accommodate users on-the-go.
SEO Optimization: The website should also be optimized for search engines to enhance visibility and traffic.
The other Tabs that I currently have and the information I have on my website I would like to maintenance with addons.
Branding guidelines or preferences: I do not have any preferences, again I like my current website however it is time to enhance it. Whatever you suggest will work I do not mind trying.

Again note my current website will be decommissioned so the work must be from scratch when the new website is up, I will decommission my old one.
