Brief Summary:
See attached file, as the description is too large to fit in here. Just some last minute notes: 1) Mesa3D website is http://www.mesa3d.org 2) Use Code::Blocks IDE with GCC to build the project, GCC also provides cross-compilation tools wich may be supported by Code::Blocks. This can be useful when porting to Mac OS X and Linux if you're a Windows user. (Anyway, Code::Blocks uses a single project file format for Windows, Linux and Mac, so it's convenient to use it not just for cross compilation, but also because the project can be built from any platform, maybe to any other).
