Description:
  • This is a bulletin board auction. Full contact with the poster is both allowed and fully encouraged by vWorker.com.

Prepaid Residential Monthly Hosting

Provide dedicated home-based reliable hosting.

Tasks:
1). Ability to connect to open & dedicated port/IP. Computer sent to worker.

2). Provide Reliable internet access.(Connection speeds: download at least 5 Mb/s and upload of at least 1.5 Mb/s, static ip address.

3). Communication with employer on any technical issues, power, connection, set up.

$200 Set up Fee paid to provider upon connection.
$50-$100 monthly hosting fee. Pre-paid to provider.
No out of pocket cost to provider other than existing ISP access

Deliverables:
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
  • All deliverables must be uploaded to vWorker.com before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert vWorker.com of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
  • Unlike other projects types, contact between the Employer and Worker outside of the site is allowed and encouraged on this type of project because it is a a "bulletin board project". In this type of project, no escrowing or bidding is provided because it does not apply (although certainly comments can be exchanged back and forth). Examples of typical bulletin board projects are salaried jobs postings and requests for prewritten code, etc. Since no escrowing occurs, the worker does not pay a fee. Instead the employer simply pays a flat fee to post it of $50.00.
