How work gets done. Guaranteed.

Employer Welcome Email

Hi John Smith,

I'm Julia Robertson and I'm a vWorker.com facilitator. My job is to make sure that you ultimately receive the results of the project that you've posted, in a timely and efficient basis..

I have received your project and have assigned it to a vWorker.com facilitator for review. I will be contacting you shortly with the results.

In the mean-time, here's a brief explanation of the most important features and safeguards. These are designed to make sure that your experience is a smooth one and that you get the deliverables you need...when you need them.

1) If you need help formulating exactly what you want, your project will have a link to a private chat room that you can invite one or more bidders into. (To get to the chat room, use the link below and then click on 'enter chat room')

2) Every worker has a rating and comment history which has been filled in by past employers and documents their work on the site. Use this valuable information to do business only with the best workers.

3) When you choose a worker, the funds are not given directly to them. Instead they are held in escrow and are only released when you authorize them by accepting the final work. This ensures that you get the work you asked for.

4) If your project is a long term project (i.e > $150), the worker is required to file weekly Friday status reports on the site. This keeps you 'in the loop' and allows you to intervene with questions and comments before problems occur.

5) If you and the worker change the requirements, scope or deadline of your project...please DON'T FORGET to post this as a comment on the project (via the site). Should there be any dispute over the final deliverables, this is the most important thing to protecting yourself.

You can control the entire bidding process from start to finish on your project page. It is at:
http://www.vWorker.com/RentACoder/misc/BidRequests/ShowBidRequest.asp?lngBidRequestId=xxx
(Don't forget to login or you won't be able to do most functions.)

Finally, if you still have questions, the help and site walk-through (with pictures) is at:
http://www.vWorker.com/RentACoder/DotNet/SoftwareEmployers/HowItWorks.aspx

Always feel free to ask myself or any of the facilitators (who are staffed 7 days a week to help you) with any questions you might have. You can do this at: http://www.vWorker.com/RentACoder/misc/Feedback.asp

I look forward to working with you and getting your project filled completely and promptly.

One more thing. To ensure the most prompt service possible, please take a moment to verify your above contact information. If anything is incorrect, you can correct it at: https://www.vWorker.com/RentACoder/authentication/MyRegistration/GeneralInfo.asp?lngRegistrationScreenMode=2&strReturnUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2EvWorker.com%2Ecom%2FvWorker.com%2FSoftwareEmployers%2FActivateBidRequest%5FPendingApproval%2Easp%3FlngBidRequestId%3D124763%26blnEditMode%3DFalse

Sincerely,
Julia Robertson
