- My apologies for the inconvenience: the system for processing emailed responses was not processing all of them correctly (and it was only reported to us recently, so we didn't realize it). This has been fixed, but may result in older messages (from the last two weeks) showing up on May 8 and May 9 in your message thread. We have also taken steps to monitor this system more closely so we will know immediately in the future if there is a problem. Again, my apologies and thanks for your understanding. Ian Ippolito CEO and Founder of vWorker
- Attention employers: One Million by One Million is looking to interview employers who have used vWorker to help build their business and have earned at least $1 million in revenue over the past 12 months. Your company must be independently held and you must be willing to openly discuss revenue numbers. If you are interested in being interviewed, please contact us for more information.

How many projects are successfully completed each month on vWorker.com?
Pay-for-time billable hours:
Pay-for-time projects
have been experiencing double and triple-digit monthly growth since they were
introduced in mid-2009. This model is backed up with the vWorker.com
"AccuBilling money-back guarantee". It has many advantages over
pay-for-deliverables including: handling larger
projects and repeat business better, requiring less up-front time and effort
for both parties, five to ten times less chance of project failure (1-5% versus 11-27%), and
being 28-40% cheaper.
For that reason we recommend pay-for-time in many situations
when you're hiring a worker
for the first time, as well as all
repeat work with that same worker.

On-the-job trial projects: crowdsourcing and trialsourcing
On-the-job trials were introduced in January of 2012.
They allow the employer to bypass interviewing and instead find the best worker through either
crowdsourcing (for projects smaller than
two days) and trialsourcing (for larger projects).

Pay-for-deliverables projects:
Pay-for-deliverables projects
are backed up with the vWorker.com
"Triple-point money-back guarantee".
They provide employers with maximum protection
and safety, in exchange for paying a little more (28-40% more than
Pay-for-time). We recommend this type of project when the
employer is working with someone for the first time and they don't fully
trust them. Once they establish that trust, we recommend that they switch to
pay-for-time for follow-up work (to reduce risk, save money, and work more quickly and flexibly).
The number of pay-for-deliverables projects have predictably declined
since pay-for-time was introduced on the site. However,
it has been, and will continue
to be, a significant percentage of site business...because it is
the most
secure and protected way to initiate work with a new worker.
