(Arbitration/mediation result):
Radice Corp (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Radice Corp did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to socailchord (the employer).
