iPad Coder (the worker) agreed in their contract to meet a milestone deadline and upload work to PhpAndActionScript (the employer) or they would forfeit the project. iPad Coder failed to do so. iPad Coder claimed that a specific feature was not a project requirement an declared work complete without it. Arbitration determined that iPad Coder had agreed to implement the feature and that it was part of the contract. All funds in escrow were returned to PhpAndActionScript.
