Pixelsmedia (the worker) alleged that the deliverables were 100% complete by the deadline and Success Systems (the employer) alleged that they were not. vWorker tested the deliverables and found one or more non-cosmetic flaws in the deliverables. All funds in escrow were returned to Success Systems.

Pixelsmedia (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and pixelsmedia did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to rshhrma (the employer).
