About Worker Turcu Ciprian
3rd party ratings and comments are purely the opinion of the poster and do not reflect the official view of vWorker.com in any way. Click here for more on ratings:
Additional information on ratings:
To keep the ratings system accurate and protect users from unfair retalitary ratings (and rating exchanges), all ratings are protected by a
double-blind system
.
If an arbitration occurred, a vWorker.com arbitrator (denoated with the words "(vWorker)" after their name) will post a rating comment detailing what happened in the arbitration.
It is possible to have two ratings for the same project. This can happen if both an arbitrator and the other party rated a person.
Future employers and workers have a right to know if a cancellation or reduction in payment occurs. On those occasions, the prevailing party often offers a "trade" to the at-fault party, and agrees NOT to place a bad rating in exchange for a concession of some sort. While vWorker.com cannot stop this practice, it also cannot allow it to taint the integrity of the rating system. To prevent this from happening, vWorker.com arbitrators can and do indicate when a cancellation or reduction in payment occurs by placing their own rating and comment on the party they believe to be at-fault (per both the Employer and Worker agreements).

(Arbitration/mediation result):
Turcu Ciprian (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Turcu Ciprian did not do so. All funds in escrow were returned to adamg (the employer).
