(Arbitration/mediation result):
Qmadd (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and qmadd did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to Monneaaa (the employer).

Qmadd (the worker) agreed/admitted that they did not complete the project. All funds in escrow were returned to rubberneck (the employer).

Qmadd (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. qmadd did not do so. All funds in escrow were returned to mx2000 (the employer).
