(Arbitration/mediation result):
Andrew_Yer (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Andrew_Yer did not do so. All funds in escrow were returned to vworkerjohn (the employer).

Andrew_Yer (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to deliver status reports every Friday to S. Prokic (the employer) or they would forfeit the project. Andrew_Yer failed to do so. All funds in escrow were returned to S. Prokic.
