(Arbitration/mediation result):
Peter1402 (the employer) forfeited the arbitration because they did not respond to the arbitration in the time they had agreed to. On testing it was determined that SEO and Links (the worker) had not completed the work by the deadline. Hence they were also given a poor rating. Peter1402 had released 31.5% of the funds for the work they had done. All the additional funds were refunded back to Peter1402.

In arbitration, SEO and Links (the worker) conceeded that one or more of chrisxtc's (the employer) non-cosmetic flaw list items would be verified. Unawarded funds were returned to chrisxtc.
