(Arbitration/mediation result):
Bonham16 (the employer) forfeited arbitration because they did not respond to the arbitration in the time they had agreed to. As a result, the arbitration was awarded to Savvy technologies (the worker). Savvy technologies received 90% of the entire escrowed amount. All additional funds were returned to bonham16.
