(Arbitration/mediation result):
Marketics (the employer) and DerekDesigns (the worker) both agreed in their Contracts that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and neither party did this. All funds in escrow were returned to marketics (the employer).

He kept asking for more work for free and tried everything to get out of paying. Had to go to arbitration to get paid.
