Ginutza (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and ginutza did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to infogenesis (the employer).

SellerRebuttal: It is strange how some clients who do not act to score 10 during a project, require a lot of changes, late with the answers- offer designers a low score. I have worked very hard for these brochures and created some professional stuff, and now the client gives me a 8 rating?! Sad...really sad, coz I gave him a 10...

Ginutza (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. ginutza did not do so. A very solid job. Good english. Understands what needs to be done. Creative. Gave us several different options as well which was very nice. Solid performer who can meet very strict deadlines.

SellerRebuttal: this client was the most wierd client i ever had, i had finished the project just 1 hour after deadline, on skype he told me it was ok, then we ended up with the project closed and i recived a 3 rating because of it, and he rating of 1. I have my future and its bright and 1 client put me down.

Gina was awarded the project over several other workers because rather that force me to ask for samples that were similar to what I needed, she created a mockup of my business card design when she submitted her bid.
We went with her initial design with a few slight modifications. She kept us updated and got the finished work done quickly and correctly. We will definitely use her again.
