vWorker.com Work History
All ratings (and comments) are protected by a double-blind system to prevent retalitory ratings and rating exchnages. 3rd party ratings and comments are purely the opinion of the poster and do not reflect the official view of vWorker.com in any way.

Future employers and workers have a right to know if a cancellation or reduction in payment occurs. On those occasions, the prevailing party often offers a "trade" to the at-fault party, and agrees NOT to place a bad rating in exchange for a concession of some sort. While vWorker.com cannot stop this practice, it also cannot allow it to taint the integrity of the rating system. To prevent this from happening, vWorker.com arbitrators can and do indicate when a cancellation or reduction in payment occurs by placing their own rating and comment on the party they believe to be at-fault (per both the Employer and Worker agreements). Arbitrators are denoted with the words (RAC) after their name. This may cause an item to appear twice so that both ratings will be visible.

Thanks for this quick turn around and documentation. We still need to test this thoroughly and make sure the EDL files open and make sure the GUI application works as well. But I wanted to release the funds now for your year end. We can use the instant bonus feature if the works needs to extend in case you need more time and need to do more work.

I will communicate with the other email address if that is easier, but will need to go through Rent-a-Worker for additional payment and tracking of the work.

Thanks,
-Brian

Blue Ninja has done a very good job by understanding the requirements of the job and delivered what was exactly required. In addition to this, Blue Ninja has been very patient throughout the project and was very co-operating. I would like to give Blue Ninja another opportunity as and when it comes.
