TeamSources (the employer) forfeited arbitration because they did not respond as agreed. As a result, the arbitration was awarded to Blue Ninja (the worker). Blue Ninja received 90% of the entire escrowed amount, TeamSources having previously released 80%. All additional funds were returned to TeamSources.

An arbitration occurred and Loop Enterprises did not do this. However, Blue Ninja (the worker) agreed to return all funds in escrow to (Loop Enterprises).

The gentleman is very knowledgeable, he makes suggestions to make project better. The thing I like is, he lisens to what you want and not he thinks. I will alway use him for all my other projects. SMART!!!

Worker went above and beyond what was expected, put in many more hours than originally thought, and never complained about it the entire time. I am 110% satisfied with his work and will defiantly be using contacting him in the future for continuing work on my project.

Thanks for this quick turn around and documentation. We still need to test this thoroughly and make sure the EDL files open and make sure the GUI application works as well. But I wanted to release the funds now for your year end. We can use the instant bonus feature if the works needs to extend in case you need more time and need to do more work.
I will communicate with the other email address if that is easier, but will need to go through Rent-a-Worker for additional payment and tracking of the work.

Honestly, I had some concerns regarding this workers rating. For me, communication was wonderful and his work was 100% professional, prompt and accurate. I would surely use Blue Ninja again. Thank you!

Blue Ninja has done a very good job by understanding the requirements of the job and delivered what was exactly required. In addition to this, Blue Ninja has been very patient throughout the project and was very co-operating. I would like to give Blue Ninja another opportunity as and when it comes.
