Future employers and workers have a right to know if a cancellation or reduction in payment occurs. On those occasions, the prevailing party often offers a "trade" to the at-fault party, and agrees NOT to place a bad rating in exchange for a concession of some sort. While vWorker.com cannot stop this practice, it also cannot allow it to taint the integrity of the rating system.
