When a user clicks through the ad on your site, they are sent to vWorker.com site.

If you setup a referral welcome message, then they are shown it:

You can now begin tracking your referral as they move through the site via your 'my pipeline' report (located under 'my account' in the 'affiliates' tab). When they setup their email address and password (which most people complete very quickly), the signup date shows up in a new column in your report. From this point on out, all the business they generate starts generating revenue for you!

As they perform additional steps on the site, you can see it all from the 'my pipeline' report. You can also associate you links with campaigns, so that you can track which of your marketing efforts are the most profitable.
