Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA's)

If you are an entrepreneur or anyone with trade secrets that you wish to protect, you need to take special legal precautions or an unscrupulous worker could use your trade secrets against you.

The legal world has come up with a tool to do this, called the "Non Disclosure Agreement" or NDA.  The NDA specifies what trade secrets may not be disclosed by parties you work with and outlines the harshest of penalties should unauthorized disclosure occur.  You should consult with your attorney to draw up an NDA.  If you do not yet have an NDA, then here are a few links to get you started:

As a buyer on vWorker.com, you can use the site's NDA feature to require coders to sign your NDA before you disclose detailed bid request information to them.  Click here for more information on how to do this.
