I have more then 5 years experience in being a Customer Service Advisor. Where I worked in customer care centers and call centers resolving customer's queries over the phone. Problem solving through web chat. I am familiar with CRM Given the fact that I have more then 5 years experience working in a Customer Service environment for different companies makes me believe that I am the best candidate for this part time job. I have been in customer service experience through working in call/contact centers based in the UK and South Africa, I have also in worked in retails. Through this experience I have managed to gain knowledge in handling customers queries and resolving complaints as First Time Resolution. I also have an experience in Transcribing English audios and Editing as I hold a Diploma in Translation and Interpreting Practice.
