HR Admin Support for Process Setup
$2-8 USD / hour
I'm looking for an experienced HR specialist to help me set up HR processes and guidelines. This is a part-time role requiring less than 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment and hiring: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding: Handling the necessary administrative tasks.
- Payroll and benefits administration: Ensuring timely processing and accuracy of payments.
Ideal candidates for this position should have:
- Proven experience in HR administration and process setup.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Please note that we are looking to establish our HR processes from scratch, so a proactive and hands-on approach is essential.
