I'm in need of an experienced System Administrator with expertise in Windows, Synology 923+ setup and Plex media server. My primary intention is to use this system for streaming movie content.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and its integration with Synology 923+

- Experience in setting up Plex media server

- Knowledge of optimizing Plex for streaming high-quality movie content

Responsibilities:

- Install and configure Synology 923+ on a Windows machine

- Setup Plex media server on aforementioned Synology

- Ensure efficient streaming of movie content through Plex
