A template for Social Media

I am looking for a freelancer to create two templates for announcements of a football league, for my Instagram account. One announcement to announce the consultants of the league. Second to announce the teams who joined the league. It must be in PSD and a blue theme like the attached.
Note: that I will type the content in Arabic Language.
The price for each template is $10 total is $20.

Social Media Platform: Instagram
Style/Theme: Although I don't have a specific style in mind, I have a rough idea of how I want the template to look. I am open to suggestions and creative ideas.
Type of Content: The template will primarily be used for sharing photos on my Instagram account.
